RecordWell
Public records you can search, and a path to request what is not posted.
RecordWell helps people find public records and request access when a record is not already online. The companion site, RecordWell Data, publishes parcels, recorded property sales, government auctions, child care inspections, health inspections, and local budgets, each linked back to the office that publishes it.
Coverage is statewide where the underlying data exists. Wisconsin currently carries parcels, sales, auctions, child care, and budgets. Other states are filling in. The product is a reading room for public facts, not a substitute for the agency of record.
